Refund policy
Dry Air Systems accepts returns on eligible standard items within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition. Parts that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, contaminated, or exposed to operating conditions are not eligible for return.
Customers must contact Dry Air Systems before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Dry Air Systems fulfillment error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.
Custom orders, special orders, quoted bulk orders, distributor/OEM orders, and large-volume orders may be final sale unless otherwise approved in writing.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
